White Farmhouse

A good old fashioned, English, white floured crusty loaf. Soft inside and lightly textured, fantastic for sandwiches or even better as soldiers dipped in a soft boiled egg.

Made with white flour containing about 75% of the wheat kernel.  The outer bran and wheat germ have been removed to leave the endosperm which has been milled into white flour.
